Admission to any level of living at Noble Horizons is based on an applicant's need for our services and facilities. Candidates for admission are considered without regard to age, race, creed, handicap, gender, sexual-orientation or national origin.

Noble Horizons is a not-for-profit corporation. Residents pay a monthly fee or daily room rate, clearly defined in the resident agreement. There is no application fee, and those who wish to make Noble Horizons their home at a future date, especially if interested in a cottage, are advised to complete an application as soon as possible to gain a place on our waiting list.
