Levels of Care
Noble Horizons offers four unique levels of care, Independent Living, Residential Living, Intermediate Care, and Skilled Nursing Care in order to provide our residents with peace of mind, knowing that should their needs change we stand ready to meet them. Rates are effective July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007.

For new cottage residents, Moving Day is Independence Day. Here they begin a new way of life, filled with all the joys of having a private home without the burden of maintaining it. Pets are welcome. Forty-four one- and two-bedroom cottages are nestled along the village's winding roads in a setting that resembles any attractive residential neighborhood.

Two Bedroom - $1,190.00
Large Two Bedroom - $1,540.00 - $1,690.00
Fees are based on unit amenities and exclude electricity.

Residents who can take care of their personal needs, but who prefer the ambiance of a fine residential hotel, choose to live in one of the nineteen spacious rooms with private bath in the Cobble. Short-term stays or respite care are available. Here, with day to day housekeeping seen to by the staff, residents join their friends three times daily in the dining room, take part in leisure activities designed just for them, and rely on supportive nursing services if needed.

Those residents who have mobility problems or who require nursing supervision and assistance with personal care find that the accommodations in Wagner Terrace meet their needs perfectly. Residents in intermediate care join Cobble residents in the elegant dining room and in many activities.
Intermediate care is what truly sets Noble Horizons apart. We are the only retirement village within an hour's drive to provide this level of care. The Wagner unit has 5 designated rooms for short term rehabilitation. Residents may come directly from the hospitalİafter surgery, a heart attack, or other illness to recuperate at Noble. Residents may receive IV therapy on Wagner or either of the SNF units.

Because our intermediate care level is designed for those residents who are able to live independently with some assistance, the Riga Residence and Whitridge Wing, our skilled nursing levels, are reserved for those who truly require 24-hour nursing care or rehabilitation services. Special dementia care and IV therapy are provided.
